Registration for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and New Zoned Residents to the Area

Please follow the registration instructions below.All steps must be completed to proceed with registration.
- Complete the digital pre-registration form. All questions must be answered. Link for digital pre-registration form can be accessed here: https://forms.gle/XUVVo9zqmcweaHaW8
- Complete the digital home-language questionnaire. All questions must be answered. Link for digital home-language questionnaire: https://forms.gle/xja9LavTAB2vpaQ39
- Gather the following original documentation:
- Parent Identification (Driver's License, Passport or NYS ID)
- Birth Certificate of Child or Passport
- 2 Proofs of Address (click to view options here)
- Immunization Record to Date
- Schedule your in-person registration appointment. Click on the following link after you have completed steps 1-3, to schedule your in-person registration appointment. It is highly encouraged to bring your child in on the day of your scheduled appointment. You must arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, you are subject to your appointment being canceled. Please note that the registration process can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour for completion.
